What You’ll Be Doing:Â
Grow Therapy is looking for our first Revenue Operations Manager. Reporting into our Head of Provider Sales, you’ll work closely with both Sales and Marketing leadership to build out our Rev. Ops function. You’ll own our Hubspot data, workflows and operations and other tools that touch the marketing or sales funnel. You’ll refine existing sales and marketing processes to increase our productivity and quality of work and work with the sales leadership team to forecast revenue, standardize reports and create relevant dashboards. This is an individual contributor role but you’ll have the opportunity to be a part of building out a team as the organization scales. Responsibilities include:Â
- Day to day Hubspot management and support and all manual processes (merging accounts, importing Retool ID number)
- Look for integration and process automation opportunities
- Respond to all cross-functional Hubspot requests and achieve SLAs
- Optimize existing Hubspot workflows and proactively look for opportunities to build new ones
- Interpret sales data to identify areas of opportunity across the Recruitment team and individual PGAs
- Own Provider Recruitment Team commission pay-out
Salary range: $113k-$138kÂ
You’ll Be a Good Fit If:
- You’re a Hubspot expert! We’re looking for individuals who are Hubspot Sales Software Certified, Hubspot Marketing Software Certified and/or Hubspot RevOps Certified (strongly preferred).Â
- You have experience working within a high volume sales organizationÂ
- Prior experience building processes and implementing change within a start up (pre Series C)
- Comfort building CRM architecture and providing relevant training and support to ensure long last adoption
- Have a strong background in marketing technology, marketing campaign execution and analytical skills for analyzing the success of marketing campaigns
