About Superblocks

Superblocks is the all-in-one programmable platform for developers to build beautiful, secure, enterprise-grade internal tools fast: build any internal app, automate any workflow and schedule any job. Developers use the Superblocks development environment to bind their datasources and UI components together using drag and drop or code. Many programming languages are already supported, including Javascript, Python and SQL.  Superblocks apps, workflows, or jobs are then deployed onto a custom URL with permissions, SSO, audit logging, and other enterprise functionality. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Act as a strategic partner to the Sales, Marketing, Field Marketing, and Customer Success teams and help them achieve their revenue goals

  • Establish a best-in-class Revenue Operations function at Superblocks

  • Build a team dedicated to analyzing and sharing insights on key revenue trends, defining and analyzing metrics that drive revenue, and effectively setting up Superblocks for scale by defining our revenue processes

  • Partner closely with all revenue leaders including Superblocks’ Head of Sales, Marketing, Events, Customer Success, and Co-Founders to understand short and long-term goals to help you build an optimal process that powers our revenue organization

  • Partner with our recruiting team in headcount planning and forecasting

  • Work in a dynamic, high-visibility role that will report to and provide insights and strategic direction around company-wide objectives to Superblocks’ CEO

  • A business partner capable of working with marketing and other revenue leaders to help them achieve goals and hold them accountable to best practices

  • Genuinely passionate about, and have a track record of, building and leading a sales, revenue, or marketing operations function, preferably at an early-stage SaaS startup

  • A certified Salesforce expert with expertise in selection, implementation, and administration of a best-in-class tech stack
