Your job opportunity:

EVPassport is seeking a high-performing Revenue Operations Manager to join our team, reporting to our SVP of Strategic Planning and Analytics and directly supporting the Sales / Revenue organization. The Revenue Operations Manager is responsible for leading implementation and support of the Salesforce platform across EVPassport.Β 

This is a unique and highly-collaborative role that works closely with business leaders, the revenue organization, and external consultants and contractors to implement solutions in the Salesforce platform that support strategic business needs.Β 

Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of delivering business value through systems and process, comfort with software and data, excellent attention to detail and project management skills, and high proficiency in Salesforce.

This is a hybrid position based 2-3 days per week out of our Boston or Santa Monica office locations.

You will:

  • Focus on strategic, tactical, and technical initiatives involving SFDC, including Salesforce CPQ.
  • Supporting the configuration and adoption of all new and existing SFDC features across the organization.
  • Focus on efficiencies, solving business/customer issues, and ensure data accuracy across the SFDC environment.
  • Proactively identify and implement operational and technical improvements and enhancements that drive sales productivity and improve customer experience.
  • Participate in continuous change management, and drive communication efforts across relevant stakeholders.

You have:

  • 5+ Years Salesforce Administration and Basic Admin certification.
  • 3+ Years Rev Cloud Administration OR implementation experience.
  • Experience building and implementing new processes in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Experience directly supporting an internal sales organization.Β 

It’s a plus if you have:

  • Salesforce Advanced Admin certification
  • CPQ Certification
  • Billing Certification
  • Experience in Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud

Salary: $90,000-$120,000 | Placement within this base salary range depends upon several factors, including prior relevant job experience and skillset.
