Cayuse is looking for an experienced Salesforce and Sage Intacct admin to join our finance team and manage our global customer base’s contracts, renewal opportunities, customer book of record, and billings. Additional responsibilities will be assisting with reporting and analysis. While we are headquartered in Portland, Oregon, our company has team members across the world.
Responsibilities
- Issuance of global billings, renewal opportunities, and contract maintenance for 700+ customers utilizing Salesforce CPQ and Sage Intacct
- Maintain our global customer book of record in Salesforce CPQ and ensure account reconciliation to various other systems including Sage Intacct, ChurnZero, Clarizen, Pendo, Zendesk, and Jira
- Maintain sales tax records and exempt certificates in Avalara and Sage Intacct for US and international sales tax
- Coordinate and communication effectively across departments on customer records, processes, and metrics
- Train and educate team members on best practices and areas to self-serve
- Preparation of reporting and analysis as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience with Salesforce CPQ
- 2+ years’ experience in Sage Intacct and managing the contracts module
- 2+ years’ experience in SaaS industry billing and sales ops
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace or related software
