The Revenue Core Functions team is the backbone of the Revenue team and keeps the entire organization running smoothly. As a Program Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping us scale our work and our impact. You’ll be expected to focus on breaking down complex problems and making quick and thoughtful decisions. You’ll be responsible for anticipating bottlenecks, making tradeoffs, and welcoming an acceptable level of risk to maximize business benefits. You will oversee Revenue program processes and offer strategic guidance to team leads and stakeholders across organizations while ensuring proper communication between interdependent teams in the company. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. - Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
- Identify opportunities for improvements and maximize efficiencies within the Revenue teams
- Collaborate with the external Revenue teams to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities, developing cross-functional processes as needed
- Lead initiatives to identify and eliminate root causes across programs to streamline workflows and create a seamless customer experience
- Drive processes forward with internal stakeholders and have a bias for action to keep our projects and deadlines on-track
- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring goals and objectives are reached
- Problem-solve and execute projects with speed
- Critically think through strategy, identify gaps and propose solutions to address any missing pieces of the project and solve for the unknownÂ
- Other duties as assigned
What you will accomplish
- Complete pre-work for all assigned projects, which includes one of the following: creating a project summary, project plan, or a document that includes the purpose or objectives of the task or project
- All stakeholders are aligned on project deliverables and timeline and are aware of any risks (if there’s a risk to the timeline, it is well communicated to all stakeholders in advance to identify a solution well in advance of the due date)
- Identify opportunities within the project to increase business efficiency
- Obtain feedback from stakeholders before closing the project to ensure outcomes meet expectationsÂ
- Plan, collaborate, and see projects through completion in advance of the due dateÂ
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the downstream impact of your projects is addressed, resolved, and communicated in advanced
What you bring to the role
- Minimum of 3 year of experience managing cross-functional projects and programs with multiple projects/workstreams (ideally in B2B, tech, software)
- Excellent program management, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, as well as agility to shift between priorities/projects
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations to drive actions
- Experience with rapid planning, execution, and measurement of operational process improvements
- Ability to dive deep into data, existing processes, people, and systems to invent, simplify, and improve inefficient or unnecessarily complex processes
- Proficiency in project management tools, including JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce, Smartsheet, etc.Â
- Meticulous attention to detail - rarely making typos and noticing discrepancies that others would miss
- A “people person” who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience and can communicate difficult concepts fluidly
- A strong work ethic, proactively following up with project managers and keeping them on track
- Independent worker, comfortable working in a fast and complex environment
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business Administration or related field

Compensation - The on-target earnings range target for the role seniority described in this job description is $90,000 - $110,000. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, geographic location, compensation/equity mix, and market data. This position may also be eligible for additional incentives such as equity awards, short-term incentives, or sales compensation.
