Job Description
Freshworks is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented RFP Content Writer to join our team. In this role, you will manage and oversee the creation, organization, and maintenance of content for Request for Proposals (RFPs). You will play a crucial part in developing compelling and accurate responses to RFPs, contributing to the success of our sales efforts.
What you'll do:

• Lead the creation of high-quality and accurate content for RFP responses
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and insights for inclusion in RFP submissions
• Develop and maintain a library of standardized, up-to-date content to streamline future RFP responses
• Manage end-to-end RFP process, ensuring timely and accurate responses to client requests
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Management, and Solution Architects, to gather necessary information for RFP submissions
• Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency of the RFP content creation and management
• Conduct thorough reviews of RFP responses to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established guidelines
• Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards in RFP content
• Provide constructive feedback to content contributors to enhance the quality of future submissions
• Establish and maintain a centralized repository for RFP content, ensuring easy access for the RFP team
• Regularly update and refine content based on feedback, changes in products/services, and industry trends
• Providing training and guidance to RFP team members on best practices for content development and management

Please note this is a hybrid role with onsite expectations of 3 days/ week (Tue - Thur) from our San Mateo(HQ), Bellevue, WA, or Denver, CO office locations.
Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Familiarity with technology, software, or related industries is a plus

Additional Information
California Pay Range: $100,000 - $135,000+This range includes base + bonus. You may also be eligible for equity and additional generous company benefits.
