RFP Specialist

The Role:

The RFP Specialist performs a wide range of duties including some or all of the following:

• Supports the RFP Manager by reviewing new requests in the CRM (Salesforce) to ensure all documentation/information has been uploaded
• Review all documentation and capture a high overview of project deliverables, timelines, etc.
• Create and maintain project folders in SharePoint
• Attend Bid Review Meetings and capture notes
• Assist with the creation of project response templates
• Work closely with different business teams where required on multi-faceted proposals to help keep project on schedule
• Ability to learn customer submission systems and assist with electronic submissions when required
• Upload final submission package to CRM
• Assist with Win/Loss Reports by capturing data from the CRM based on the outcome of each project
• Assist with RFP library content creation/maintenance
• Other projects as assigned by the RFP Manager or VP of Legal

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Business, Marketing or similar or 3 -5+ years of direct experience in lieu of degree.
• Excellent organization, project management and communication skills required.
• Experience prioritizing tasks and working to tight deadlines.
• Strong computer/Software skills, specifically Word, Excel, Teams. Outlook, SharePoint and Salesforce.
• Strong Business Acumen (time management, accuracy, attention to detail).
• Knowledge of the principles and practices associated with the development of RFPs.
• Previous experience using a Content Repository Tool (Loopio preferred).
• Self-motivating, self-managing individual.
