SaaS Product Strategy Pricing Consultant

Lead the development and drive the implementation of best-in-class pricing strategies for one of America’s fastest growing and most innovative technology companies.

How you’ll make an impact

As a SaaS Product Strategy Pricing Consultant you will touch upon all pricing efforts, including developing new pricing structures and their introduction, analysis of pricing and product performance, modification to existing offerings, customer retention, sales enablement, and operational execution. You will interact with all of Boomi’s product families and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Legal.

What you will do

  • Develop strategic pricing recommendations from stakeholder discussions, competitive analysis, testing and experimentation, and financial models
  • Design and execute price tests and support marketing price promotions
  • Build and maintain financial models to assess impact of price changes
  • Define, launch and drive operational initiatives around pricing strategy
  • Plan and coordinate all operational aspects of pricing implementation
  • Manage system updates for new and modified products
  • Develop enablement content to educate sales makers and other internal stakeholders

The experience you bring

  • Development of value-based pricing strategies for Enterprise-level B2B SaaS companies
  • Led complex, cross-functional initiatives to successfully streamline platform and product portfolios
  • Creation of B2B subscription-based and usage based pricing models
  • Effectively rolling out pricing strategies by educating and enabling Sales and other internal teams on pricing models
  • Extensive knowledge in various SasS product pricing models and strategy with associated operations or consulting experience preferred
  • Strength in working cross-functionally across business and technical teams
  • Demonstration of strong project management knowledge to deliver on work product
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good data visualization skills, ability to communicate data-relevant content
  • Ability to foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and influence across all levels of the company
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple projects and be a self-starter
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with ability to work from both a strategic level as well as hands-on detailed execution
