The Role: Sales Account Executive
Location: Remote
We are looking for strategic, entrepreneurial, coachable and positive people to build out our sales team. With traction in the biggest districts within the country, we need a team to get them off the ground and running. You will build off your existing knowledge and relationships within school districts and expand Hazel in districts with 50,000 or more students. We have unlimited opportunity in all districts throughout the US and will work on strategic game plans to start targeting these.Â
What You’ll Do:
- You will be highly involved in finding champions in multiple levels within school districtsÂ
- Help close large districts and ensure they are trained and utilizing Hazel to grow throughout the year
- Play a big part in shaping what the sales org will look like in the long term
- Work in a collaborative team helping define our sales process to grow our customer base in a targeted area
- Define processes while also being creative enough to think of new and innovative ways to sell into these districts
What excites us:
- 6+ years of sales experience selling in the K-12 market
- 3+ years working in Schools and or District Roles
- Experience closing the largest districts in the US
- A proven track record of sales successÂ
- Worked in schools and districts with an ideal background in an Administration role
- Closing experience working with 6+ month sales cycle
- Great at cross functional relationships
- Have a passion for Education and helping students
- Organized, driven and self motivated
- Have a basic understanding of healthcare
- Strong presentation skills
- A desire to be coached
- Ability to learn, absorb and adapt quickly to a rapidly changing business and customer demands
- Ability to travel when needed
