Sales Administration & Operations Coordinator

About the Role:
The Sales Administration and Operations Coordinator will be a key member of our Sales Team. You’ll be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to the sales team including; calendar management, accounting for day-to-day meetings, calls, and movements.
- Provide support on all MS Excel spreadsheets (data entry, reporting, charts / presentations, analysis)
- Communicating with multiple teams across the organization and assisting with project management
- Maintaining and reviewing KPI's, agreements, and other reports as needed
- Facilitating the follow-through of business development deals
- Managing and facilitating a large volume of email replies

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree and at least 2+ years of executive and or personal assistance experience in a consumer products industry.
- Experience supporting a sales department servicing brick and mortar retailers.
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel and ability to understand and modify complex spreadsheets
- Excellent problem solving, organizational, process-development, attention to detail, and tactical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure tasks are completed timely and efficiently.
- Exceptional communication, time management, and interpersonal skills while partnering with all levels of internal and external contacts
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to identify and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
- Ability to develop a “sixth sense” for how to work with the sales team to ensure they perform at their best.
- Liaise between the sales team and design and product development teams to ensure all departments are meeting the needs of the sales team you support.
