The Sales Administrator Team Lead position is responsible for assisting the Sales Admin Team by training and prioritizing leads, doing lead imports into Hubspot, helping Sales Reps with questions they may have on lead assignments, investigating and resolving lead routing errors from the LeanData system. 

In addition to assisting the Sales Admin team on processing sales leads, answering sales-related inquiries from prospective customers (and routing them appropriately) and other administrative projects as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Sales Admin Manager about daily priorities
  • Oversee the morning meeting as needed to assign tasks to Sales Admin
  • Import leads into HubspotHelp
  • Answer questions that the team has on policy and processes
  • Identify areas of opportunity for improvements in efficiency for Sales Admin processes and lead routing 
  • Train new team members
  • Return leads from sales reps through the Sales Admin inbox and ticketing system and answering sales reps questions
  • Coordinate with the Sales Admin Manager, Sales Managers and VPs on Sales Admin procedures and questions
  • Assign leads and performing standard SA duties 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
  • Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communications
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
