Accountabilities:

  • Build, document, and maintain scalable sales and marketing operations processes that enhance efficiency and enable growth.
  • Partner with marketing teams to operationalize campaigns, including lead segmentation, scoring, and routing, ensuring seamless handoffs to sales.
  • Manage Salesforce and other automation tools to improve data quality, workflows, and campaign execution.
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics, pipeline health, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects, including process optimization, territory design, and sales performance analysis.

  • Requirements:
    Candidates should have:
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales and marketing operations role, preferably in a corporate or high-growth environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • Hands-on experience with sales and marketing processes, lead lifecycle management, and campaign reporting.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Sales Cloud or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel or Google Sheets to generate insights from data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfort working core East Coast business hours (approximately 8am–5pm EST).
  • Preferred: Experience in professional services or startup environments, and familiarity with fully remote team cultures.
