Job Responsibilities:
SonicWall is looking for a Sales Development Representative to support our strong business growth in SonicWall’s sales territories in APAC. This role will primarily focus on the India market with the possibility to expand across other markets in APAC as per business needs.
This individual will work closely with the sales and field marketing team to expand our footprint in net new as well as existing accounts, supporting proactively our demand generation efforts and creating qualified opportunities for the regional sales team.
As a small but highly interactive and engaged team we look for an energetic, upstart marketing individual, that can work autonomously but loves to interact with others, doesn’t hesitate to build relationships and brings a strong team spirit.

Responsibilities include:
• Support the business on outbound prospecting strategies and lead generating efforts
• Manage inbound lead follow up and progression through sales funnel
• Use prospecting tools and platforms successfully to drive leads, e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Schedule meetings and demos for sales team after proper leads qualification
• Work with existing customer accounts to expand SonicWall opportunity
• Provide field and customer feedback to internal teams
• User CRM-Salesforce.com to track activities
• Attend regular sales meetings and update team on progress of activities
• Meet activity, pipeline and revenue KPIs
• Keep up to date on training and education requirements as set out by the business
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications::
• 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Have prior demonstrable business development or sales experience in IT
• Working knowledge of the network security market or the ability to learn quickly
• Be confident in researching and cold calling prospects
• Flawless communication skills, both written and oral
• Be highly motivated with a strong work ethic and desire for success
• Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member
• English language is a must
• Results driven
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, experience with Salesforce.com is of advantage
