Your Role:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a key role in supporting a high-growth law firm marketing and sales team based in the United States. You will:
- Proactive Outreach: Conduct a minimum of 100 outbound calls daily to connect with potential clients in the dental industry, building a strong pipeline of leads.
- Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills when engaging with prospects, making them feel valued and understood.
- Sales Expertise: Utilize your sales acumen to effectively communicate our value proposition, creating opportunities for our services.
- Bilingual Communication: Engage with a diverse clientele in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Appointment Setting: Skillfully set appointments with qualified leads, ensuring a seamless transition into our sales pipeline.
What We’re Looking For:
We value talent and proven experience. To join us, you must have:
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in the dental industry or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (C1-C2) and Spanish.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets and quotas.
- A self-motivated individual with a results-driven attitude.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software to track and manage leads.
- A passion for sales and a desire to make a significant impact.
What We Offer:
At Veta Virtual, we offer a competitive base salary ranging between $1,500 - $1,700 USD plus $25 USD per attended booking. You’ll work a schedule of Monday to Friday, from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM (PST). This role is fully remote, providing you the flexibility to work from home. We are committed to fostering a supportive team environment where you can grow your skills and career.
