About Superblocks

Superblocks is a programmable platform for building beautiful, secure, enterprise-grade internal tools. Developers use Superblocks to drag and drop UI components onto a canvas and connect it to a datasource (postgres, snowflake, zendesk, etc.) via our integrations and then deploy onto a custom URL. Superblocks offers a complete set of tools for building and deploying internal tools.

What You'll Do:

  • Play an integral role shaping the outbound business development fabric of the company working directly with the Founders, Founding AEs with exposure to VCs
  • Research and map prospective new accounts for strategic outreach using a modern stack such as Outreach, Zoominfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator with autonomy to bring tools of choice in
  • Build knowledge of Superblocks' technology and capabilities and turn that into customized cold calls and email outreach 
  • Achieve specific daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly pipeline metrics to help the business achieve sales goals
  • Measure your efforts to consistently iterate on your targeting and process

Compensation for this job is 90-100k OTE + a generous equity package & benefits.
