As a SDR, you will be responsible for executing and delivering Yellowbrick’s Go-To-Market strategy in collaboration with Sales Leadership, Marketing Leadership, and all revenue-facing functions of the business. In this role, you will be directly responsible for finding new accounts that meet the company’s ideal profile of prospects, engaging with them in innovative ways, and ensuring they understand Yellowbrick’s unique value proposition. You’ll work tightly with Marketing and Sales to set up meetings, engage prospects, qualify leads, and ensure high-quality interactions at every stage of the interaction. You’ll also be responsible for coordinating with your leadership and peers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategize with Marketing and top-producing Account Executives to target prospect accounts to fill pipeline with high-quality leads
- Conduct high-level conversations with C-level and VP-level Executives to understand and address business needs at our prospect accounts
- Create strategic campaigns and emails to target prospect accounts
- Continuously maintain and update Salesforce.com and related tools
- Conduct ongoing research to identify new leads, obtain contact information and begin targeting through email, calls, social media, and other appropriate channels
- Achieve quarterly qualified lead/meeting quotas
- Assist your peers with learning and adapting to new tools and processes, particularly through times of transition and disruption
QUALIFICATIONS
- A true passion for your work, we want team members who love what they do!
- 2+ years’ experience selling enterprise technology in a fast-paced and competitive market, preferably in a SaaS company
- 2+ years of Sales / BDR management experience in a high-tech startup environment
- Goal oriented, with a track record of overachievement (President’s Club, Rep of the Year)
- An enthusiastic team player who’s comfortable working with all department leaders
- Driven – possesses a strong desire to be successful and see others succeed
- A ruthless learner with a voracious curiosity around prospecting best practices and sales methodology with the aptitude to implement and scale these learnings.
- Disciplined – skilled in managing time and resources; sound approach to pipeline generation and qualification
- Prefer fluent Spanish speaking
