Sales Development Representative (Dutch-speaking)

This role is for you if you speak Dutch at a native level.

The Sales team at SumUp is focused on helping small businesses grow through simple and accessible payment solutions. Our Barcelona office brings together people from across Europe who enjoy fast-moving environments, outbound sales, and building things from the ground up. You’ll work closely with SDRs, Team Leads, and Field Sales to generate opportunities across the Dutch market.

We’re looking for an SDR to help us connect with small businesses, understand their challenges, and create new sales opportunities for the team.

What you’ll do

  • Reach out to small businesses through outbound calls
  • Qualify merchants and understand their current payment setup
  • Generate and book meetings for the Field Sales team
  • Build pipeline and identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with sales leaders and teammates in Barcelona

You’ll be great for this role if

  • You speak Dutch at a native level and are fluent in English.
  • You enjoy speaking with people and building relationships quickly.
  • You are comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold calling.
  • You thrive in fast-paced and target-driven environments.
