We’re building our Outbound engine in Germany, and this role is about bringing structure, speed, and a scalable model to an existing SDR team.

This is not a “manage from distance” role. It’s for someone who leads from the front and sets the standard.

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and push a team of SDRs focused on outbound pipeline generation
• Stay hands-on: cold calls, messaging, sequences, objection handling
• Build pipeline and drive consistent performance across the team
• Define territories, target accounts, and outbound strategy
• Identify gaps fast and fix them without overcomplicating
• Partner closely with Head of Sales to scale the team
• Set the tone on activity, intensity, and standards

You’ll be in the trenches with the team. Not observing. Driving.

🧠 Who This Is For

You’ll fit if you:

• Have outbound sales experience and some exposure to leadership
• Are strong in cold calling, sequencing, and handling objections
• Speak German fluently (Dutch is a plus, not a blocker)
• Are hands-on, numbers-driven, and take real ownership
• Prefer action over discussion
• Can build structure without slowing things down
