Position Title: Sales Development Representative

Position Location: Remote

Quadient seeks an Enterprise Software Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic and growing team. This remote role reports directly to the Director of Inside Sales and is critical to achieving the company's growth goals. Responsibilities:
  • Work with Sales Executives to identify target accounts and meet regularly to strategize and collaborate on new, proactive business opportunities, to engage in prospecting activity
  • Follow up and promote all marketing programs, trade shows, webinars and email campaigns etc.
  • Ability to creatively personalize messaging and content for impact and response
  • Track activities, Sales Accepted Lead (SAL) results and goal attainment
  • Qualify and secure meetings between prospective clients and Client Executives
  • Constantly learn and stay up to date on business products and solutions through your curiosity.
  • Guide qualified prospects onto the next stage of the sales process by engaging in further conversation between the prospect and Quadient Sales
  • Be a trusted advisor to clients and use a consultative-based sales approach with key decision makers in an organization
  • Collaborate and Strategize with Client Executives to create the best opportunities to Win!
  • Gain knowledge of the Industry and full sales cycle to continue to grow within our established career path.
  • Builds rapport and leverages customer relationships with potential consumers with the goal of meeting customer needs.
  • Generates highly qualified leads that produce new sales opportunities


Required Skills & Experience
  • 1-3+ years of Enterprise Software (SaaS) sales development experience
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or relevant work experience
  • Experience with SDR Tech Stack (Salesforce, Zoom Info, Sales Navigator, etc.) a plus
  • Experience with multiple business development techniques and methodologies, including researching, cold calls, email, and social cadences, to qualify opportunities
  • Must be independent, solution-minded, driven, motivated, team oriented, dynamic positive attitude, self-starter and curious regarding technology solutions
  • Previous Customer Communications Management (CCM) Experience and expertise working remotely a plus, willingness to travel 25%
