Sales Enablement and Training Manager

We are hiring a Sales Enablement and Training Manager on the BrainPOP marketing team to lead and operationalize our sales training programs, onboarding, certifications courses, and communications. You will grow and manage our sales enablement content repository and develop training and certification courses and processes that enable both our renewal and new business teams to nurture prospective and existing users across the customer lifecycle. You will play a key role in driving the go-to-market plan for new product and marketing launches and will be a crucial partner in seamlessly executing marketing initiatives to meet sales goals. This role will report to the Associate Director of Sales Enablement.
In this role, you will:Â
- Create, launch, and optimize a sales team onboarding experience from developing the program, managing the content, and driving cross-functional alignment.
- Maintain the voice of the product marketing team in rolling out updated product messaging and training to our sales representatives in the field
- Partner with the Product Marketing Managers on the creation and deployment of internal sales playbooks and product training materials, including slide decks, case studies, playbooks, and competitive battle cards
- Prepare and deliver content and demonstrations for training events, certifications, and internal sales meetings, personalized to align with the specific goals of our new business and renewal sales teams
- Work closely with sales leadership and representatives to identify product messaging challenges and work collaboratively with the rest of the sales enablement and product marketing team to develop collateral and deliver training to address those challenges
- Establish and own process and tools to effectively distribute marketing materials to the sales team
- Manage the Sales Communication & Training Associate who supports the development of sales product training, onboarding, certifications, and communications

On your resume:
- 5+ years of marketing, communication, sales enablement, or field sales experience
- Experience working with B2B sales teams and sales operations teams, preferably in K-12 edtech or SaaS companies
- Examples of work that highlight crafting polished customer-facing sales collateral (slides, one-pagers, case studies, etc.) with a portfolio ready to share
- Experience with Highspot, Articulate, or similar sale enablement platforms is preferred

The starting salary for this role is between $85,000 - $100,000, depending on skills and experience. We take a geo-neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location. We have competitive pay bands for all other countries based on market standards. Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience level, skill set, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect most of the candidates offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description, as posted. If so, the updated salary range will be communicated to you as a candidate.

BrainPOP is a hybrid work environment, allowing employees to self-select where they work–whether fully remote in approved states or in-office in our New York headquarters.
