Position Overview:

JumpCloud is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Sales Enablement Content Program Specialist to join our dynamic Sales Enablement team. In this role you will be responsible for developing implementing and maintaining a comprehensive content management strategy that supports our rapidly growing sales organization. You will play a key role in ensuring that all sales content documentation and playbooks are up-to-date accurate and easily accessible for our global sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Management Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive content management strategy that aligns with our sales enablement goals and supports our sales team in driving revenue.

  • Annual Content Audit: Conduct an annual audit and review cycle of all sales content including documentation and play books to ensure accuracy relevance and compliance with current sales processes and company policies.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders from Revenue Operations Deal Desk Sales Marketing Finance Legal and Accounting to ensure all process documentation is clear up-to-date and accurately reflects our current practices.

  • Project Management: Leverage project management skills to collaborate effectively with leaders and subject matter experts across the organisation ensuring timely updates and distribution of sales content.

  • Writing: Author edit and update new and existing content for the GTM organisation to ensure messaging aligns with strategic goals and supports sales enablement and customer success initiatives.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness of our sales content and play books by gathering feedback from sales teams tracking usage and analyzing content performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-6 years of experience in Sales Enablement Revenue Operations or a related Operations role preferably within a high-growth SaaS environment.

  • Content Management: Proven experience in developing and managing content strategies with a strong understanding of the sales enablement landscape and best practices.

  • Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with various teams including Sales Marketing Finance and Legal to drive content initiatives.

  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences.

Where you’ll be working/Location:

JumpCloud is committed to being Remote First meaning that you are able to work remotely within the country noted in the Job Description.

This role is remote in the country of India. You must be located in and authorized to work in India to be considered for this role.

Language:

JumpCloud® has teams in 15+ countries around the world and conducts our internal business in English. The interview and any additional screening process will take place primarily in English.
