The opportunity

We’re hiring our first Sales Enablement Manager! As a member of the RevOps team, you will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for improvement and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the Sales organization. 

In this role, you will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success to build engaging internal and external resources that make the sales process more efficient and effective. Your first priority will be developing and delivering impactful training programs and reporting on key metrics that support the growth of our Sales organization. 

This is an exciting opportunity that allows you to make an immediate impact, while simultaneously giving you the autonomy to learn and grow.

What you’ll do 
  • Build a sales certification program that helps the Sales team better understand the various personas/contexts where the runZero product is used and conceptualize new use cases and solutions
  • Partner with our Sales and Marketing team to create templates, decks, battle cards, and other prospect-facing resources to help drive deals forward
  • Identify resource gaps through cross collaboration and prioritize asset development to create a more efficient sales process that leads to revenue growth
  • Establish and interpret key reporting analytics on enablement programs to measure comprehension, effectiveness, and optimize based off your discoveries
  • Teach our sales team how to best showcase the runZero product, by running demos, pitch practice exercises, creative writing sessions, etc. 
  • Become an expert of our product (and the network security market)
Skills you have 
  • 4+ years of SaaS experience in a cloud software business preferred
  • A passion for the art and science of sales with a solid understanding of how to operate in a sales management and support function
  • Previous experience in a quota carrying role and ability to understand the challenges that the sales team encounters daily is preferred
  • Proven capabilities in project management, thinking creatively, and developing a teamwork attitude while working cross functionally
  • An effective listener, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative mentor who instills a learning environment and demonstrates a strong work ethic

Salary range: runZero values transparency in the hiring process. According to our market data, we’re expecting this role to come in at a salary of about $150-200k, plus stock options. We know that the talent market is always in flux, so please let us know if you believe we have advertised this role at the wrong salary band
