The Role
The Sales Enablement Manager empowers our sales representatives, associates and managers to achieve their potential within the Telnyx sales organization. In this role, you will produce, coordinate and deliver curriculum, instructional strategies and relevant content within the onboarding and continuous training programs that align with company objectives.Â
ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Partner with the product marketing team and other subject matter experts to create or customize content and courses required for onboarding and continuous training for the sales team.
- Maintain, organize and update all sales content including sales training materials, templates, battle cards, customer profiles and competitor intel, to name a few.Â
- Coordinate with new hires for their onboarding, providing a structured syllabus and collecting feedback to better improve on existing training
- Design course outlines and certification programs around Telnyx’s products, customer profiles, tech stack and sales processes
- Deliver training experiences in multiple formats – synchronous instructor-led training, and asynchronous LMS and media-based eLearning.
- Manage content management and learning management systems for the entire sales organization.Â
- Play a critical role in helping build and nurture a positive culture within the sales organization
What we are looking for
- Organizational, training and curriculum development skills
- Experience in an entrepreneurial/SaaS environment
- Experience delivering planned curriculum (including E-learning)
- Experience using and administering content management and learning management systems
- BS/BA required, preferably in education or engineering/technology fieldsÂ
- Experience in content creation and management
- Great communication skills
