Sales Enablement Manager
The Role:
Fairmarkit is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to partner with the VP of Global Sales and sales team to provide support for the development and delivery of ongoing communications, training, content, and onboarding processes at Fairmarkit for the sales organization. The Sales Enablement Manager is crucial to our team as Fairmarkit accelerates the growth of its sales team globally.
Responsibilities:
- Manage coordination, development, and delivery of ongoing sales Enablement content, training sessions, and processes
- Determine sales enablement priorities with stakeholders
- Provide effective onboarding and training programs for sales reps
- Work alongside Senior Leadership Team in coordinating schedules and developing plans for sales enablement topics and processes according to need
- Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team
- Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders
- Coordinate educational content for ongoing training
- Maintain LMS and related enablement tools to ensure content is easily accessible and provides the capabilities sellers need
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in a high-performance sales organization in enablement or learning & development
- A strong understanding of the sales environment - including content, tools, and training styles
- Experience with content management and learning management systems
- Ability to build strong cross-departmental relationships
- A team player that can be successful in a fast-paced environment. Quick thinker and implementer with a high sense of urgency
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent sense of urgency
For this role we are looking for a candidate based in the United States. Remote work opportunities may be limited to designated states. The compensation range for this position is between $120K - $140K per year base salary + equity and benefits, and is dependent on years and depth of experience.
