About The Role
The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in generating a consistent pipeline of engaged buyers for ProCare's outsourced HR services. This will be achieved through attending industry events, leveraging existing networks, and engaging with "centers of influence" such as industry associations and partnerships.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the face of ProCare in the marketplace and attend regional and national industry events to connect with senior living decision-makers and refer them to Procare HR.
  • Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads for ProCare HR's outsourced HR services by building and nurturing relationships with executives before, during, and after the sales process.
  • Run a full-cycle sales process by sourcing opportunities, building relationships and influence with decision makers, and bringing in sales engineers and expertise from within ProCare to finalize deals.
  • Engage with "centers of influence" including industry associations and partnerships to build and maintain relationships.
  • Continuously expand your network and maintain a robust rolodex of senior living executives.

During the interview process, we’ll ask candidates to share specific examples of deals they have closed in the senior living space and walk us through the deal process, including key decision-makers involved.

  • Deep understanding of the HR priorities within the senior living industry and the benefits of outsourcing HR functions.
