This role provides the opportunity to own and grow a dynamic market by driving revenue through both strategic prospecting and nurturing inbound leads. The Sales Executive will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, presenting solutions that address business challenges while building long-term partnerships. You will manage the full sales cycle—from identifying opportunities to negotiating complex deals—ensuring the delivery of tangible business value. This role thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and offers autonomy, creative problem-solving, and direct impact on company expansion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage your expertise to exceed sales targets and expand the company’s global footprint. This is a fully remote position within the United States, offering exposure to diverse markets and strategic accounts.

Accountabilities:

  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, balancing inbound leads with self-sourced prospects to exceed revenue targets.
  • Engage with potential clients through consultative sales approaches, understanding their business challenges and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and deal closure, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Deliver compelling presentations that clearly demonstrate the value and ROI of the company’s platform.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and relationship management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, solution delivery, and client satisfaction.
  • Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably within HR tech or related technology solutions.
  • Proven track record of selling business value rather than just product features.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience engaging with executives and decision-makers in a consultative sales capacity.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple accounts.
  • Familiarity with global business operations and cross-cultural communication is a plus.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary: $68,000 – $85,000 USD plus variable compensation.
