As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence by managing a full sales cycle—from prospecting and pipeline development to deal closure and relationship management. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and presenting tailored solutions that deliver measurable value. Accountabilities:

  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, understanding client challenges and positioning solutions that drive business growth.
  • Lead complex sales cycles, including proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Deliver compelling presentations that clearly communicate value propositions, ROI, and strategic advantages of offered solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and partnerships are successfully executed.
  • Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a SaaS-based sales environment; HR tech experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record of selling business value rather than just products.
  • Strong consultative sales skills with experience engaging C-level executives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with global clients and understanding diverse market dynamics.
  • Results-driven mindset with strong organizational and time management abilities.
