Podium welcomes the most up-and-coming talent in the world every summer for a 12–week internship program. During your time here, you will receive the superb quality experience Podium prides itself on with mentorships, a leadership educational series, and regular activities both inside and outside of the office. Our interns walk away from their experience as visionaries in the workforce, and a portion of our interns join Podium full-time by the end of their program. What you will be doing:
- You will support a sales team and be given the opportunity to make a direct impact on driving revenue growth
- Collaborate with the Sales team and participating in training to learn core sales skills and lingoÂ
- Prospect new clients to build out your pipeline and set discovery meetings with future clients
- Learn how to develop and handoff leads through sales processes, identifying and understanding sales trends, and conducting market research
- Master the ability to evangelize the Podium storyÂ
- Align Podium solutions with prospect business objectives & needsÂ
- Collaborate with sales reps to schedule prospect calls, meetings and demosÂ
- Shadow sales professionals when they meet with clients and prospects
- 12 Week Program (End of May - Middle of August)

What you should have:
- Current junior or senior with an expected graduation date between August 2023 and August 2024
- Be a self-starter and have demonstrated leadership experience
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Passionate about relationship building and sales
- Eager to learn and be mentored by employees excited to help you navigate your career
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Able to intern full-time in the Lehi, UT office

- Sales experience (or other qualified sales experience)Â
- Strong desire to start a career in sales upon graduation
- Enrolled or participate in a sales program through your university
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
- Salesforce or other CRM experience is a plus
- Be involved in leadership roles on campus
