This role offers an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional to drive business growth for a premium hospitality property. You will be responsible for developing and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and maximizing revenue through strategic account management. The position combines remote flexibility with high-impact responsibilities, including leading site inspections, managing contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure exceptional client experiences. You will have the chance to influence market positioning, monitor competitors, and contribute directly to revenue growth while representing the property at key events. This role is ideal for proactive individuals who thrive in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Achieve daily sales call targets with focus and effectiveness
  • Develop and manage business leads for key hotel accounts
  • Plan and conduct a minimum of two site inspections or entertainment meetings per week with potential or new clients
  • Prepare monthly account penetration plans and review production, rates, and performance of managed accounts
  • Monitor competitor strategies and market trends to maintain a competitive edge
  • Fully manage assigned accounts, including contracting, updating profiles, and renewing agreements
  • Up-sell, cross-sell, and promote hotel facilities and services to maximize revenue
  • Represent the hotel at client meetings and local business events, maintaining high visibility
  • Provide regular updates to management on market trends, business leads, and VIP arrivals
  • Requirements:

    • Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality Management
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management within the hospitality industry with proven track record
    • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
    • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships, negotiate contracts, and close deals
    • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
