The RoleĀ
Under the direction of the VP of Sales, the Sales Manager is responsible for managing and developing the Account Management team including Account Managers and Business Development Representatives. By leveraging technical expertise and leadership skills, the Sales Manager drives sales and revenue growth.

What You'll DoĀ
- Lives by the NuHarbor corporate values: Protect the House, Help Clients Win, Always ImproveĀ
- Develop and iterate on Renewals sales motion, building out the process, and managing expectations and timelines with the team
- Collaborate across the sales organization to identify, qualify, and build opportunities
- Engage with clients to understand their security requirements and challenges
- Recommend cybersecurity solutions aligned with client needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our solutions
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales cycle
- Assist in developing proposals and statements of work
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, strategic partners, and security professionals
- Drive continuous improvement and best practices within the sales team
- Collaborate with Client Success teams to understand realized client outcomes and possible needs ahead of renewal activities
- Maintain a churn rate less than 5% across NuHarbor current clients
- Log progress in CRM system and report on targets and quotas to leadership
- Maintain the integrity of highly confidential business information
- Stay informed about industry trends, threat landscapes, and emerging technologies
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and support career development for the team

The requirements for this role:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- In lieu of a degree, four (4) years of experience in a related technology field and relevant industry certifications
- Four (4) years of proven leadership experience in IT with preference in a managed services environment
- Proven ability to develop and cultivate lasting client relationships
- Demonstrable experience developing a team and providing coaching and mentorship
- Technological mindset, ability to have technological discussion with other sales leaders and client stakeholders, as well as high-level technical meetings
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for clients
- Experience with CRM software
- Must be a citizen of the United States
- Must have a valid driverās license and the ability to maintain vehicle insurance
Additional capabilities that will differentiate you for this role:
- 2+ years HubSpot experience
- Demonstrable experience conducting performance reviews
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices
- Proven leadership in cybersecurity sales
