WHAT YOU'LL DO
Coach Others
- Assist others by jumping in to open doors, close deals, and build partnerships
- Coach and mentor the sales team toward further success and professional growth
- Ensure the team processes are tight around proposal, pricing negotiation, and deal close
- Motivate and inspire others to align with the sales playbook, strategy, and best practices
- Demonstrate unbeatable work ethic, enthusiasm for learning & teaching, and instinctive business acumen
Close Deals
- Take on your own account assignments along with a quota
- Understand how to stick with the sales playbook while also getting creative to push deals across the finish line
- Maintain a robust pipeline even as deals are closing to ensure future deal consistency and long term stability
- Own the “consistently achieve or exceed” quota to showcase how it’s done to the team
- Accelerate and grow relationships with prospects within all layers of target companies
Be The Expert
- Learn the sales process, product, industry, and client base inside and out
- Strategize and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders on items like pipeline progress, revenue forecast, feature requests, and all other relevant information
- Learn all aspects of the PerformLine platform, focusing heavily on the LashBack tool in particular
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years experience in high volume B2B SaaS sales
- Experience successfully managing sales teams at growing startups
- Track record of over-achievement
- Strong consultative selling skills into the C-level suite
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and written skills that allow for effective communication
- Organizational skills to manage your time to meet and exceed your KPI’s
