In this role, you will lead a high-performing mid-market SaaS sales team responsible for driving revenue growth across the Americas region. You will play a pivotal leadership role, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution to ensure consistent performance across a fast-growing segment. The position involves close collaboration with marketing, revenue operations, and product teams to optimize pipeline generation and deal execution. You will also act as a coach and mentor, helping Account Executives elevate their skills and reach their full potential. This is a high-impact leadership role where hiring excellence, operational rigor, and customer engagement directly influence business growth. You will contribute to shaping go-to-market strategy while working in a highly collaborative and product-driven environment. The role requires both strategic thinking and active participation in key deals.

Accountabilities:

  • Own revenue performance for the mid-market segment across the Americas, driving achievement of ARR targets through effective pipeline management and execution strategies.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives, ensuring continuous skill development, performance improvement, and career progression.
  • Build and scale a high-performing sales organization through proactive hiring, onboarding, and talent development initiatives.
  • Partner with Marketing and Revenue Operations to improve pipeline generation, sales processes, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Engage directly in strategic deals, supporting Account Executives in executive-level customer conversations and deal progression.
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks that impact sales velocity, leveraging data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Develop and refine go-to-market strategies for the mid-market segment in alignment with broader company objectives.
  • Requirements:

    • 7+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with proven success leading high-performing Account Executive teams.
    • Demonstrated experience managing teams responsible for significant ARR contributions, ideally $7M+ annually.
    • Strong background in hiring, coaching, and developing sales talent in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
    • Proven ability to drive sales performance through structured coaching, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
    • Experience participating in complex mid-market or enterprise sales cycles, including executive-level customer engagement.
    • Strong operational mindset with the ability to work closely with Revenue Operations and improve sales processes and tooling.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
    • Deep understanding of SaaS sales motions, with the ability to quickly learn and articulate product value in complex markets.
