About Achieve Test Prep

Most working adults find it challenging to overcome the many obstacles associated with obtaining their college degree. We serve as advisors, teachers, tutors, and mentors, helping our customers, primarily healthcare workers, be more successful at college and on the job. We utilize non-traditional methods, like testing out of college credits via the credit-by-exam process, similar to Advanced Placement (AP) tests, and provide wrap-around services that build confidence, motivation and discipline.

Achieve Test Prep is seeking a Sales Manager to join our team.

This is a leadership position that provides management over one of our two sales teams. The role is a player/coach and the responsibilities will be split between management & taking/selling appointments, so you must have an excellent track record of being a top sales talent.

Along with our other Sales Manager, you will lead a global team of 20+ sales representatives and be responsible for hitting company targets. Other responsibilities include meeting with the sales advisors to discuss the customer pipeline and provide coaching on such things as cultivating strategies and closing techniques.

To succeed in this position, you must be experienced in sales or retention leadership with a proven track record of outstanding sales and/or retention management performance. The role demands a leader that is driven to succeed and will be prepared to begin to assess opportunities and take the initiative on day one.

Compensation: $100,000 - $115,000

Responsibilities

  • Managing team to exceed sales goals
  • Ensure the team energy levels are strong and communication channels are open
  • Thoroughly documenting coaching and training procedures
  • Identifying performance gaps and taking appropriate action to address them
  • Analyzing KPI sales related reports to identify areas that need addressing
  • Ensuring that the Sales team follows protocols
  • Meet assigned personal sales targets
  • Coaching and Performance Management:

- Perform monthly (and as needed) review and coaching meetings

- Evaluate and manage performance of team
