It's with that in mind that Beyond is looking to add a Sales Manager to our growing team. Reporting to our Vice President of Sales, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of quota-carrying sales representatives and help drive revenue strategy at Beyond. Please note we're looking for this individual to be located on the West Coast.Â

As our Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Building and leading the Account Executive team to quota achievementÂ
- Creating and developing processes and best practices to improve team performance
- Providing coaching and development to sales reps with various levels of experience
- Owning and managing the team’s pipeline and forecast through strategic decision making to ensure success
- Work collaboratively with teams across the business on sales initiatives and continuous improvement
- Assist in deal negotiations and new business development efforts
So what kind of person are we looking for in this role? You’ll be a successful Sales Manager if you can:
Lead strategically: You have a proven track record of identifying issues and providing solutions that yield successful results
Create structure: You enjoy and embrace working in a startup environment while rising to the occasion - bring process and structure as we rapidly grow
Motivate with passion: You know how to get the best out of your reps and celebrate every win, big or small
Below are the qualifications we're looking for in a candidate:
- 3+ years of experience in sales management, specifically with quota-carrying new business Account Executives
- 3+ years of SaaS experience
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding team sales quotas
- Experience creating processes and building structureÂ
- High initiative and demonstrated ability identifying opportunities for impact in a startup environment
- A leadership style that embodies our core values

- Have a video conversation with someone on our Recruiting team. This is a high-level conversation about your experience and interest, but also an opportunity for you to learn more about us
- Interview with our VP of Sales
- Meet with our CEO
- Complete an assignment and present it to our VP of Sales
- Meet with our other Sales ManagersÂ
- Have a final interview with our Chief Technology Officer/Co-founder
