Sales Operations Analyst

We are actively seeking a Sales Operations Data Analyst to engage with cross-functional teams to improve overall data quality across multiple systems and be responsible for the overall Master data management data quality within our SFDC instance. S/he/they will work closely with sales, marketing, finance, support and sales operations to align data across all systems through the lead to cash sales model.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Compile, manipulate and analyze data over time to forecast sales trends

· Build and maintain sophisticated models to forecast pipeline needs, monitor sales metrics etc

· Review past sales data to determine trends in productivity

· Clean, enrich and map data from disparate sources when necessary

· Prepare accurate reports and models using data from internal and external sources

· Evaluate third-party data to determine best practices for company success

· Aggregate reports into succinct and digestible dashboards and visualizations for presentation

· Present actionable information and insights to team members and management

· Gather and analyze data in order to understand problems and address them proactively

· Collaborate with team members and members of other departments

· Bachelor's degree in math, computer science, or finance

· 7+ years of work experience in analytics and reporting

· Experience working with Salesforce data

· General knowledge of querying data, relational databases and formula syntax

· Strong knowledge of Excel – including advanced formulas and pivot tables

· Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills

· Desire to improve and automate processes and workflows

· Experience working with Data visualization tools

· Superior oral and written communication skills

· High level of organization and detail-orientation

· Good attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently

· Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize

· Excellent time management
