About the role
The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for supporting Vivi’s sales reps and sales leaders as a key member of the Sales Operations team. This position is essential to the sales activities and communications between Vivi prospects, current customers and channel partners and is responsible for dependable, timely execution of sales administrative duties.
This role is Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days from home).
About the Role
- Collaborate to implement and execute strategies to drive subscriber growth, operational efficiency, and bottom-line profitability across Vivi GtM functions
- Serve as a cross-functional liaison, collaborating with sales, finance, marketing, and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives
- Participate in sales planning processes like account planning, territory planning, long-range sales forecasting and ROI analysis
- Provide actionable insights based on pipeline data, reporting, and conversion trends to improve overall pipeline health
- Assist in the designing of and own the execution of sales incentive programs and comp strategies
- Clearly communicate & set expectations
- Ability to balance simultaneous projects, evaluate workload and prioritize tasks based on criticality
- Demonstrates highest level of detail orientation and organizational skills
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency to attain and exceed desired results
- Operates in a cooperative and collaborative spirit to achieve shared goals across multiple functions
- Displays excellent troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills, know when to act quickly
Typical day-to-day activities may include
- Manage and process new customer orders (POs), end to end (from order to invoice)
- Process new evaluations to potential customers, ensuring they have an excellent customer experience
- Co-ordinate the Vivi stock and logistics, including returns
- Refine and continually optimize stock and logistics
- Co-ordinate and process all customer and reseller agreements
- Assist with sales administration, including updating documentation and sales collateral
- Maintain the data integrity within the CRM (Hubspot)
- Work with the Regional sales team to produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
- Manage dashboard reporting within Hubspot
- Support the sales team with all things Hubspot and admin
- Respond to enquiries from the Vivi Sales team, customers and re-sellers
What we’re looking for
- Tertiary degree in a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills and high attention to details
- Experience with Data Migration and System Implementation
- SaaS Environment
- Start-up Environment
- Positive can-do attitude, no task is too big or too small
- Ability to multi-task and work within a fast-paced environment
- CRM Experience working with Hubspot and within SaaS organisation advantageous
- Excellent Communication skills, written and verbal
