TigerConnect is currently seeking a Sales Operations Manager who will lead us through the next phase of growth by owning productivity, scalable processes, and execution across sales functions. This high impact operational role will be responsible for streamlining processes and optimizing efficiency of the sales organization. You will assist with a variety of Sales Operations functions including data analysis, territory management, process creation and adherence, and reporting.
As part of the Revenue Operation team, your primary focus will be to drive sales team productivity and scalable operations. We are looking for someone who is a quick learner and passionately understands SaaS sales motions, CRM systems, and has a genuine interest in supporting a rapidly growing sales organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, finds excitement in creative and scalable problem solving and has a bias for actions and outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Define, develop, and implement sales support systems and scalable processes
- Act as subject matter expert on process and policy for revenue teams
- Actively participate in crafting key operational updates for Sales leadership, executive leadership team and cross functional teams
- Track and analyze Sales leading and lagging indicators
- Act as a trusted advisor to sales leaders, leveraging data and analyses to land business insights, align strategies, and scale the business
- Identify opportunities to improve sales team efficiencies, and lead efforts to scale best practices across the sector
- Participate in territory planning and management across multiple sales teams
- Conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
Represent sales operations on multiple cross-functional projects and initiatives - Assists with development of dashboards and monitoring tools for the Sales organization
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of work experience in Sales Operations
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS B2B company
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Outreach
- Excellent analytical skills to compile large amounts of data into an understandable format for decision-making
- Strong ability to work effectively cross-functionally
- Effective organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
- Experience defining, refining, and implementing processes, procedures, and policies
- Expert at Salesforce, CRM management, and associated sales enablement tools
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field; Advanced degrees in Business or Analytics preferred
