About the Role:
We are searching for a Sales Operations Manager to join our sales team. This person will be responsible for the processes, tools, and technologies that support the sales organization that includes all sales reporting, forecasting, and revenue intelligence. This person will understand the overall sales process and help with building out new processes as we continue to grow.
The successful candidate will have strong experience within a SaaS environment and demonstrate enterprise software sales operations expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the defining, refining, and implementing of the sales process. Responsible for implementing and managing aspects of sales operations and enablement.
- Responsible for revenue intelligence and sales enablement.
- Work with Salesforce CRM management, analytics, lead management, attribution, and assignment.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure that the data (attribution, etc.), processes, integrations, and measurements are implemented and maintained to support marketing campaigns effectively.
- Define and implement enterprise RFP response and deal review process
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of enterprise Sales Operations experience.
- Proficient in sales pipeline analytics, reporting, revenue forecasting, and pipeline management/hygiene using Salesforce, Excel, and Tableau.
- Experience working within a SaaS environment is a must.
- Self-motivated, detail orientated, and highly analytical.
- Ability to work in a self-driven manner within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
