The opportunity:

We are hiring a talented Sales Operations Specialist professional to join our team. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational support for our Enterprise Sales team as a friendly face and voice both internally and externally.
 
The Sales Operations Specialist must be highly skilled in consuming data to derive business conclusions and illustrate findings in a visual format that effectively conveys insights with context. We have a lot going on and need someone who can boil it down to actionable intelligence on a regular basis.
 
The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing processes and automations which will allow the team to work at maximum efficiency while giving the managers a clear view of everything that is going on. This includes optimizing the tools that are currently used, the design and automation of processes, the optimization of the sales strategies and the design of accurate forecasts and pipeline progression models. We’re growing rapidly and need systems in place to help us manage that growth effectively. This role will also be responsible for managing RFPs - this takes a village and we have great SMEs to support these activities but we need someone to drive it, organize it, and pull it all together.
 
This role reports directly into the SVP, Employer Sales.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist the Enterprise Sales team with organizing and reporting on Salesforce activities and opportunities as the subject matter expert and knowledge hub for each platform.  
  • Implement tools to help the Enterprise Sales team improve and evolve processes and workflows over time. 
  • Assist sales and marketing in all of the sales-related activities including getting people mobilized for trade shows, facilitating the creation of sales support materials, and aligning schedules for demos.
  • Work with commercial teams to create tools, dashboards, presentations, and creative assets to enable and promote a positive partner experience
  • Support and motivate the Enterprise team with sales pipeline KPIs, goals, and analytics that promote revenue growth.  
  • Manage responses to RFPs from all over the world through the full sales cycle. 
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of existing sales processes and identify areas open to process improvement.  Implement new processes, educating sales operators and teams on how best to utilize new tools and methods
  • Work with the Enterprise Sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives

What you’ll need:

  • 3-5 years of relevant sales operations experience, preferably in enterprise and/or employer sales
  • Proven ability to problem-solve, anticipate issues/concerns, troubleshoot problems, and proactively institute creative solutions.
  • Experience helping a fast paced startup build for scale
  • Demonstrated extensive understanding of business processes and products to drive efficiency and growth.
  • Must demonstrate true expertise in relevant business tools & systems administration (Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, etc.), including strong analytical, reporting, and dashboard creation skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.  Strong at effectively communicating ideas, expectations, and timelines clearly with the ability to be pleasantly persistent with customers and team members alike. 
  • Exhibits superior quantitative and communication capabilities, and is able to think strategically, creatively, and tactically, working well as part of a team environment.
  • Exhibits financial acumen and ability to quantify forecasts and sales pipeline probability
  • Ability to identify business needs driving internal requests and create compelling solutions

  • Extremely organized with strong time-management skills.
  • Sense of urgency mentality and ability to escalate issues quickly
