The Job

The role of the Sales Operations Training & Development Manager is to partner with our Learning and Talent Team as well as the Sales Team, to develop and administer training programs for our Sales Team of Vice Presidents, Regional Vice Presidents, Regional Client Directors and Regional Client Managers. 

You will be responsible for improving Sales Methodology training, adapting training materials as needed by role, creating training tools, create and implement onboarding processes, and conduct both live and video trainings (mostly remote, occasionally in person). 


What you’ll be doing

  • Continue to grow and optimize our sales training and development function to support MindGym’s Client Sales Team globally
  • Planning and leading core sales enablement sessions for our global Sales Team as well as Innovation and Solutions Strategy Teams
  • Partner with Head of Sales US and EMEA as well as cross-functional leaders to identify training needs and develop specialized content in response to improve our KPI's
  • Optimize sales onboarding and develop ongoing training programs on MindGym’s products, industry best practice, and sales competencies to upskill our current Client Sales Team
  • Track the results of enablement initiatives and iterate to continually improve
  • Work with our Innovation and HR teams to build a certification and Learning and Development program, by designing and leading a continuing education program to upskill our Client Sales Team
  • Select metrics and define sales enablement best practices to measure the success of the enablement programs
  • Partner and support our broader company Learning and Development Team to ensure alignment and extend learning outside of the Sales Team
  • Experience with tools such as SalesForce, SalesLoft, Gong, LinkedIn Navigator and Hubspot

About you

  • Prior experience in Sales or Sales Operations, with a focus on Learning and Development
  • Experience with Challenger Sales, Salesforce, Confluence, and other Sales Tools
  • Experience in developing training curriculum and materials as well as in person and virtual training
  • Experience facilitating technical sales training and working with cross-functional subject matter experts
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders, create processes, and guide direction of work
  • Strong prioritisation skills, able to manage a busy schedule and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and strong technical aptitude
  • Expert user in PowerPoint, Excel, Office, LMS is a plus
  • A team player that works to build a culture of inclusiveness and partnership

Salary Range: 

Minimum: $125,000 USD 

Maximum: $130,0000 USD 

 

In addition to base salary, MindGym’s total rewards package includes a competitive benefit offering and annual bonus eligibility. Base salary will be in-line with the role’s location and an individual’s qualifications and experience.
