The Opportunity

Our Sales Recruiter is responsible for contributing to the growth of our sales team by proactively sourcing and recruiting sales talent. The Sales Recruiter will do this by reviewing applications, building relationships, executing creative and innovative sourcing strategies and recruit high volume entry level sales talent. The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of the sales talent marketplace and possess the ability to review applications and pre-screen large quantities of candidates on availability, interest level, salary range, and qualifications. They will also partner with the TA Leadership to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information to drive business success in a growing sales organization.

The Basics:
  • Develop and execute innovative outbound search techniques to generate abundant applicant pools of sales talent.
  • Own and manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to managing the interview process to presenting offers and closing candidates.
  • Cold call and outreach by build relationships by phone/email using job boards and social media sites to generate awareness and candidate flow; all while providing appropriate candidate follow up and creating a positive candidate experience!
  • Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high quality candidates by driving initiatives across social media platforms and employee referral channels.
  • Act as a Sales talent search expert by understanding hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, positions and become the subject matter expert on department hiring.
  • Manage and network with employee referrals.
  • Participate and help plan company specific hiring events and attend job fairs as needed.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects, other duties, and future assignments as required.
What You Bring!
  • 3+ years experience recruiting sales talent. Preferably in the Tech Industry.
  • Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple searches, projects and client relationships all while adhering to compliance guidelines.
  • Team player with a high sense of urgency and motivation to see the team succeed.
  • Proven screening and interviewing skills.
  • Strong (written and verbal) communication, organization and negotiating skills.
  • Strong candidate management and interview process management experience.
  • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
  • Internet navigation/Boolean search skills for sourcing purposes including Social Media experience (including LinkedIn, etc.).
    Applicant Tracking System(we use Greenhouse) experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
  • Working knowledge of Gem Talent CRM and/or similar product also a plus
