Position Summary

Prove is hiring for a Sales Sourcing Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. We are looking for an individual who has experience sourcing best in class SaaS sales talent. The sourcing recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening and building pipeline for our SDR, Director Sales, Partner and Sales Engineering teams.  The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced fintech or startup environment. Although this is a remote position, the ideal candidate would be located in eastern or central time zones.
What You Are Responsible For
  • Research, source and engage with passive candidates to aggressively fill our applicant pool with qualified candidates, utilizing direct sourcing, referrals, social media and any other strategies, with a strong focus on diversity recruitment
  • Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop a deep understanding of our business and market, our departments, and the requirements and function of our roles
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, and work to continually improve our candidate experience 
  • Ensure the data integrity in our ATS (Greenhouse)
  • Build candidate pipelines from the ground up for key roles
  • Research and map out the talent pool in various industries
What We Require
  • 2 to 5 years of sourcing Sales talent at an agency or in-house tech-forward company
  • 2 plus years of corporate recruiting required
  • Experience in cybersecurity, fintech, or fast-growing startup is required
  • Experience with Greenhouse 
  • Ability to keep pace and absorb rapidly in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-driven and proven experience working independently as a "remote" team member
  • Independent worker who can balance planned work with ad-hoc requests from peers
