WHAT YOU’LL DO

IDENTIFY | As our Sales Specialist, you’ve been a seller before. You are proficient in the complete sales process and what it means to offer services successfully to clients. As a result, you have a keen ability to identify potential clients who would benefit from investing in Common Thread Collective’s services and packages. 

 

ENGAGE | You care about the client and their success. You are able to articulate how CTC services will help them achieve that success.  You engage with potential clients and effectively present CTC’s solution while ultimately building rapport and trust. 

 

CLOSE | You are passionate about attaining your targets and closing sales with care and confidence. You’ve negotiated deals, have handled the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and are relentless in finding a way to get the deal done to reach sales targets. All the while maintaining integrity, humility, and trust. 

 

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE 

Success in Your Day to Day Looks Like

  • Consistent attainment of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

  • Efficiently manage inbound lead pipeline. Prepare engaging sales presentations effectively through virtual, phone, and in-person meetings.

  • Ability to successfully negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close sales.

Success in Your First Three to Six Months Looks Like

  • Generate and maintain a healthy pipeline driven by outbound prospecting activities. Activities include cold calling/emailing potential customers, attending events, and social selling. 

  • Build relationships across the C-suite, VP and Director level with potential CTC clients.

  • Develop engagement strategy to create opportunities with prospective clients that meet CTC’s ideal customer profile.

  • Focus on acceleration of deal cycle, increasing conversion of opportunities to close, and increasing overall deal size.


WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.

  • At least 1 year of quota carrying sales experience.

  • Successful track record of consistently hitting sales quotas.

  • Marketing agency experience, preferred.

  • Experience managing the sales cycle within CRM systems (Hubspot preferred). 

  • Experience in digital advertising, preferred.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience presenting business to business solutions. 

  • Teamwork-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Results-oriented with strong people and time management skills, highly organized, motivated and driven to exceed sales targets.

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to identify specific solutions for potential clients.

SALARY 
  • $70,000 - $75,000, annually 
  • 10% of Salary Bonus Potential
