This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sales Specialist - HPE CloudOps Software Suite in the United States.
This role is ideal for an experienced enterprise sales professional passionate about helping organizations modernize their IT operations through advanced cloud and automation technologies. You will drive strategic sales initiatives focused on hybrid and multi-cloud management, observability, AIOps, and IT operations transformation. Working closely with enterprise customers and internal teams, you’ll guide complex consultative sales cycles and demonstrate how modern CloudOps platforms deliver measurable business outcomes. The position involves engaging senior technology leaders, developing pipeline opportunities, and positioning innovative software solutions in competitive markets. This is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic seller who enjoys solving complex enterprise challenges and influencing digital transformation initiatives.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead full-cycle enterprise sales efforts, from pipeline generation and opportunity qualification to deal closure.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders such as CIOs, IT Operations leaders, and infrastructure executives to understand business priorities and technical challenges.
  • Present and position CloudOps solutions by connecting observability, AIOps, hybrid cloud management, and automation capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
  • Partner with account executives and internal teams to build strategic account plans and execute complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
  • Identify new opportunities within target enterprise segments and expand existing accounts through consultative selling.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive technologies, and market shifts to effectively position solutions in evolving hybrid cloud environments.
  • Build strong relationships with global system integrators, managed service providers, and channel partners to expand market reach.
  • Support customer adoption and long-term value realization by collaborating with services teams and advocating for customer needs internally.

  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or relevant technical certifications are considered a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, including at least 3 years focused on SaaS solutions related to observability, AIOps, ITOM, or cloud management platforms.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding $1M+ annual quotas in complex enterprise sales environments.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with experience engaging executive-level stakeholders such as CIOs or IT infrastructure leaders.
  • Solid understanding of hybrid and multi-cloud environments, IT operations management, and automation technologies.
  • Ability to translate technical product capabilities into business value for enterprise customers.
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and managing long, strategic sales cycles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a strategic and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned region as needed.
