In August 2020, Cisco Systems completed the acquisition of ThousandEyes, which now forms the ThousandEyes Business Unit within Cisco’s Network Services Business Group and is a foundational component of Cisco’s growing Observability business. 

 

Who You Are:

  • A business and strategic problem solver who can easily marry business concepts to strategic business outcomes for the company. You are unafraid and welcome sophisticated problems and the ability to showcase your solution to senior leadership. You are passionate about solving complex problems and proactively put together solutions that optimize the seller experience. You'll have extensive experience in operations and program management, communicating to senior leaders, and putting together comprehensive strategies that align to corporate objectives. 
  • Accountable for the design, implementation, and optimization of programs & business objectives, passionate about providing business leaders with the solutions needed to guide the business forward.
  • Actively participate and drive cross-functional critical initiatives related to sales goals through standard practices and integrity, lead and implement program solutions and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand their goals and issues, manage, and own the development of solutions that support the vision, strategy, and objectives of the Sales organization. 
  • Excellent organizational skills with a dedication to meeting expectations while ensuring overall quality of delivery.Ability to run multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks appropriately under changing conditions.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Plan, design, develop, implement, and optimize ThousandEyes Sales Program that accelerate pipeline & revenue for the company.  
  • Work cross functionally playing a leadership role in identifying & implementing programs that optimize sales solutions.
  • Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements in order to standardize processes.
  • Execute against strategy to deliver desired business results
  • Lead change and ambiguity effectively while also being very flexible, adaptable, and resourceful.
  • Effectively persuades others (customers, peers, senior management, etc.) using data-based knowledge, emotional intelligence, confidence, and organizational savvy
  • Build agendas, facilitate meetings, list actions and follow-up with our key team members to drive the delivery of their actions
  • Document business processes and solutions to standardize the program for the global sales organization. 
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of sales or sales strategy experience
  • Strong program planning and implementation skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Consistent record of developing successful sales solutions and programs, building sales partnerships, and crafting business relationships at all business levels; ideally within SaaS organization.
