As a Sr Anls in Sales Support, you will contribute to the development and implementation of processes and tools to support decisions and sales growth. You will foster an environment that enables sales and proposal fulfilment efficiently, support account plans, and modify processes to exceed customer expectations. Additionally, you will develop management decision tools, provide pipeline reporting, and maintain a well-organised filing system. Together we do what matters.

What you will do:

• Support administrative functions and complete analytics & reporting for efficient processes

• Develop reports and credentials to aid Business Developers and Account Leaders

• Work closely with upper management to resolve simple issues

• Contribute to the development and implementation of management decision tools

• Provide regular pipeline reporting and revenue forecasting

• Maintain a well-organised filing system for easy reference and retrieval

Skills and experiences

• Passion and ability to resolve more complex issues and promote a result-focused, customer-centric culture

• Highly structured, process-oriented with strong commitment to quality and timelines

• Good relationship management skills

• Demonstrated excellence in analytical skills, and ability to read, understand and analyse data to provide valuable insights

• Good ability to leverage network

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience supporting the sale of technology
