  • Develop role-based learning frameworks that define what training is needed, when, and how it should be delivered
  • Translate technical, operational, and product knowledge into clear, accessible training materials
  • Create repeatable tools, templates, and processes to standardize training development and delivery
  • Manage a centralized training roadmap aligned with evolving business priorities
  • Establish and maintain an intake process for new training requests and prioritize learning initiatives effectively
  • Identify gaps in onboarding and training coverage and propose practical, scalable improvements
  • Partner with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between training and business objectives
  • Facilitate training and onboarding sessions for diverse audiences, as needed
  • Requirements:

This role requires strong experience in training, enablement, or program development, ideally within a sales or commercial environment.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, or related field, or equivalent experience
    • Approximately 5+ years of experience in training, sales enablement, program management, or related roles
    • Strong ability to design programs, frameworks, and structured learning processes from the ground up
    • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with confidence presenting to both small and large groups
    • Ability to simplify complex or technical information into clear, structured learning content
    • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
    • Experience collaborating across diverse teams and aligning different perspectives
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
    • Self-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement
    • Experience in manufacturing, hardware, or supply chain environments is a plus but not required
    • Benefits:

      • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans
      • Retirement savings plan with employer match
      • Paid time off, holidays, and volunteer days
      • Short-term and long-term disability coverage
      • Paid parental leave programs
      • Performance-based bonus opportunities
      • Flexible remote work arrangement supporting work-life balance
