We are looking for a highly capable Salesforce administrator to join our team. In this role, responsibilities include the day-to-day management of tickets submitted, prioritization and timely resolution of critical issues, user license provisioning, maintenance and optimization of integrations to systems and tools within the Revenue tech stack, as well as design and implementation of features and enhancements as required by the business.
The successful candidate builds and maintains strong relationships with stakeholders, is able to translate business requirements into technical specifications, thrives in a fast-paced environment, is able to think strategically and execute tactically, has excellent communication skills, and doesn't shy away from challenging or complicated situations.

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and in addition to benefits this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity.
US base salary range: $72,000 - $134,200

Salesforce Administrator Responsibilities:
- Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.
- Supporting and optimizing integrations to other systems and tools.
- Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
- Importing key data, e.g., leads, contacts, accounts, etc., and ensuring the timeliness, accuracy, and cleanliness of all data in Salesforce.
- Assisting stakeholders to build necessary reports and dashboards.
- Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases.
- Documenting processes, changes, and policies on an ongoing basis.
Salesforce Administrator Requirements:
- Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification
- 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment.
- Experience with CPQ required.
- Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
- Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports.
