What You'll Do
  • Manage CRM data integrity and continued hygiene of our operations.
  • Support all departments of the business via internal case system regarding issues/enhancements with our instance of salesforce and integrate tech stack.
  • Serve as the point of contact and subject matter expert on deal constructs, special pricing, operations, approval policies, and troubleshooting of deal issues and sales escalations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance and Legal to review or address revenue recognition concerns for non-standard deal structures.
  • Develop best practices that align company data quality and process with company initiatives.
  • Liaison with internal departments to obtain answers to process related questions and issues.
  • Lead process redesign, automation, and data integrity projects on a continual basis under the guidance of our Salesforce Administration Team Lead.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance and Legal to review or address revenue recognition concerns for non-standard deal structures.
  • Ensure adherence to our quote-to-contract processes and policies for our commercial engine, while effectively escalating new use-cases outside of current approval matrix.
  • Ensures compliance with company revenue recognition and bookings policies for booking and provisioning of orders.
  • Manage updates to contract/agreement templates stored in CRM systems.
  • Provides ongoing support for training and sales enablement.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years CRM (Salesforce) and Quoting administration (CPQ) experience required (open to Steelbrick, Oracle, Big Machines)
  • Ability to sift through large amounts of data and make recommendations/improvements
  • Excel experience
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment with confidence
  • Excellent interpersonal and diplomacy skills; ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels and cross functionally and effectively manage differences of opinions
  • Strong sense of urgency, including the ability to meet or exceed deadlines and set priorities
  • Available to work a full time, 40hr/week schedule

Compensation
The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and in addition to benefits this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity.
US base salary range: $56,300-$101,400
