About the Role:
Credible is looking for a Marketing Automation Senior Associate to help support Credibleās Salesforce Marketing Cloud marketing programs. This is a hybrid role of Marketing Content Engineer/Marketing Cloud Admin with emphasis on the Content Engineering skill sets.
You will be joining a small, tight-knit team of experienced admins and engineers supporting the company across a variety of operational and marketing initiatives as Credible seeks to drive future revenues with advanced marketing automation strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Work on a variety of customer communications across the customer lifecycle
- Support technology project Leads including interacting with stakeholders, reviewing business and technical requirements, creating prototypes, testing, quality assurance, documenting processes, reporting, providing recommendations, and implementing improvements
- Support end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud processes including creating and maintaining data extensions, campaign creation, A/B testing, event-driven Email campaigns, audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and advanced dynamic message personalization
- Coordinate, troubleshoot, and resolve requests or issues for teams using Marketing Cloud, including managing support cases with Salesforce
- Develop and maintain email templates using HTML/CSS, MJML, and AMPScript
- Create SQL queries and filters for audience segmentation
- Create complicated, multi-touch customer journeys
- Support the technical development of data integrations and process automations
- Maintain data hygiene according to industry best developed practices
- Proactively suggest process and system improvements to drive more value from the Marketing Cloud solution
Education and Experience:
- BA/BS in Marketing, Communication, Business, Web Design and Development, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldāāor equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience with an email marketing platform (Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Hubspot, SendGrid, MailChimp, etc.)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS required
- Knowledge of SQL fundamentals as well as the ability to update and maintain Relational Data Models preferred
- Experience with SOAP and REST API integrations is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce products, especially Marketing Cloud and CRM
- Understanding of the data privacy landscape (eg. CAN-SPAM, CCPA, GDPR, CASL, etc.) and an appreciation of the importance of PII
- Prior experience in project/program management and familiarity with Agile Methodology will also be helpful
- Must be able to effectively communicate technical concepts to other technical staff members as well as non-technical members of the organization
- Must be detail, logic oriented with willingness and passion for learning new technologies
- Desire and willingness to work in a collaborative, innovative, flexible, team-oriented environment
